Getting Started
ChurchCare helps a church's care team — pastors, elders, deacons, and staff — keep track of the people they shepherd and the care they provide. Instead of scattered spreadsheets and notes, your team works from one shared, private record of your congregation.
The main areas are:
- People — profiles for everyone in your congregation: contact info, phone numbers, tags, and notes.
- Care notes — a journal of visits, prayer requests, and follow-ups, with categories, statuses, and the option to mark sensitive entries.
- Relationships & tags — map how people are connected (families, small groups) and label them for quick filtering.
- Prayer list — turn current needs into a printable prayer list.
- Team & admin — invite your care team, manage roles, and configure your organization.
You need an account
