People are the heart of ChurchCare — a profile for each member of your congregation.

What a profile holds

• Name and contact details, including multiple phone numbers.
• Tags for grouping and filtering (see Relationships & tags).
• A history of care notes written about them.

Finding people

Search by name and filter by tag to quickly narrow a large congregation down to the person or group you're looking for.

Importing your congregation

You don't have to type everyone in by hand. ChurchCare can import contacts from a CSV file, including the format exported by Google Contacts — a quick way to bring your existing list in when you're getting started.

Living and former members

Profiles can reflect a person's current status, so your active congregation stays distinct from those who have moved on or passed away, while keeping the history intact.

Once people are in, start documenting care in care notes.
