Relationships & Tags

Two tools help you make sense of your congregation as more than a flat list of names.

Relationships

Link people to one another with relationships — for example spouses, parents and children, or members of the same household. Mapping relationships helps your care team see a person in the context of their family and connections, which matters a great deal in pastoral care.

Tags

Tags are color-coded labels you attach to people — small groups, ministries, life stages, or any grouping that's useful to your church. Because tags are colorful and searchable, they make it fast to filter people down to a specific group, like everyone in a particular small group or everyone you've flagged for follow-up.

Use them together: relationships capture how people are connected; tags capture how you want to slice the congregation.
